“I Do” on a Budget

At Ideal Picnic, we recently had the pleasure of helping a wonderful couple create a budget-friendly yet stunning proposal. They wanted a simple, yet memorable experience, and we were more than happy to bring their vision to life.

For this special moment, we provided our “Pop the “PICNIC”” package, which included everything they needed for an intimate and beautiful picnic setting. We set up cozy blankets and assorted pillows for comfort, a charming picnic table adorned with floral arrangements, candle settings, flatware, napkins, plates, and placemats. To add a touch of elegance, we included wine glasses, a customized letter board with their message of love, and even a waste basket for convenience. We also provided sparkling cider for a celebratory toast and hand sanitizer to keep things clean and safe.

But that’s not all—the couple wanted to add a bit of magic, so we included our signature “Marry Me” letter lights and a romantic rose petal walkway. A Bluetooth speaker played their song of choice as they arrived, creating a beautiful moment as the music echoed against the water while they walked up, smiling from ear to ear.

Understanding that they were working within a specific budget, they also requested to add a sip and paint activity to their proposal experience. We were able to customize the picnic to include this fun and creative addition, all while ensuring we stayed within their budget.
